Lenecold is the thermal-materials brand of NGIC — the National Graphene Innovation Center in Ningbo, China. We manufacture vertically-oriented graphene thermal interface materials in-house, from graphene assembly through to die-cut finished parts.

Why the manufacturing route matters

Most graphene TIMs on the market are made by mixing graphene flakes randomly into a polymer matrix. Random orientation means heat has to hop between flakes through a resistive polymer — which is why many "graphene" products land at 5–15 W/m·K despite the extraordinary conductivity of graphene itself.

Our process assembles the graphene into a vertically-aligned structure before it becomes a pad, so the high-conductivity axis points the way the heat is going. That single difference is what separates 180 W/m·K from 15 W/m·K.

Capabilities for OEM and ODM buyers

  1. Die-cutting to drawing

Any footprint, with holes, slots and notches. Supplied on release liner or in tray packaging for automated assembly.

  2. Custom thickness and formulation

0.2–2.0 mm for pads, 0.5–10 mm for plates. Compression behaviour and hardness can be adjusted to your assembly pressure.

  3. Surface finishes on plates

Cu-clad, Ni/Au plating, anodized — for solderable or corrosion-resistant requirements.

  4. Validation support

ASTM D5470 test data, 150 °C × 1500 h aging results, and samples sized for your own fixture.

  5. Export and logistics

FOB Ningbo, worldwide shipping, documentation prepared for customs and for RoHS / REACH declarations.

Who we are

NGIC — the National Graphene Innovation Center — is China's national-level graphene innovation platform, based in Ningbo. Lenecold is its thermal-materials brand, which means the material science, the pilot line and the production line sit in the same organisation. For a buyer, that translates into shorter iteration cycles on custom development and direct access to the people who made the material.

Frequently asked questions

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We manufacture. Lenecold is the thermal-materials brand of NGIC, the National Graphene Innovation Center in Ningbo, and the graphene assembly, pad formation and die-cutting are done in-house.
Can you sign an NDA and work to our drawing?
Yes. Send the NDA or use ours, then share the drawing with the footprint, thickness, tolerance and volume. We quote die-cut samples first, production second.
What certifications can you provide?
RoHS and REACH declarations are standard. Specific flammability ratings, outgassing or industry-specific approvals depend on the construction and thickness — tell us what your application requires and we will confirm what we can certify.
What are your lead times?
Samples 7 business days. Custom production, including die-cut parts and machined plates, 3–4 weeks. Standard thicknesses in the 0.3 / 0.5 / 0.7 mm range can often ship faster.
Do you work with distributors?
Yes, in markets where we do not have direct coverage. Tell us your territory and customer base and we will send the distributor terms.
