Lenecold is a graphene thermal interface material supplier and manufacturer based in Ningbo, China — the thermal-materials brand of NGIC, the National Graphene Innovation Center. We supply 180 W/m·K thermal pads and 1,200 W/m·K thermal plates to OEMs, cold plate manufacturers and distributors worldwide.

Why engineers specify our material

  • Solid-state. No pump-out, no dry-out, no migration — the failure modes that end grease-based designs.
  • Vertically oriented graphene. Conductivity in the direction heat actually travels, not just the flattering in-plane number.
  • Works at low mounting pressure. Reaches low resistance in the 10–50 psi range that real hardware delivers.
  • Forgiving of gap variation. High conductivity means a thicker, more tolerant joint without a thermal penalty — which protects assembly yield.
  • Backed by NGIC. Material produced within the National Graphene Innovation Center group, not brokered from the open market.

Sampling and ordering

  1. Send your requirement

Power, footprint, gap, mounting pressure, operating temperature, target life, volume.

  2. We recommend a grade and thickness

With the reasoning, and honest advice if a simpler material would do.

  3. Samples cut to your footprint

Standard thicknesses ship from stock; custom dies typically within two weeks.

  4. You test on your own hardware

We provide resistance-versus-pressure data and aging results to compare against.

  5. Production supply

FOB Ningbo, worldwide export, with consistent batch-to-batch material.

Frequently asked

What is your minimum order quantity?
Samples have no minimum. For production, MOQ depends on whether you need standard sheet or a custom die — send your volume and we will quote.
Can you die-cut to our drawing?
Yes. Send a DXF or PDF of the footprint and we will quote tooling and piece price.
Do you work with distributors?
Yes, in selected territories. We provide technical training and marketing support alongside material supply.
Is the material electrically conductive?
Yes — graphene conducts electricity. If your interface needs dielectric isolation, tell us the voltage and we will advise on the stack-up.
What certifications do you hold?
Contact us with your specific requirement — we will provide current documentation rather than a generic list.
